Summer Music Games in Cincinnati
Presented by Fairfield HS Marching Band.
The Summer Music Games in Cincinnati drum and bugle corps show will be held at Fairfield Stadium in Fairfield, Ohio on Wednesday, July 2nd. The competition starts at 7:00 PM with the gates opening at 5:30 PM.

Thunder in the Desert
Presented by the Midland High School Band Booster Club
Thunder in the Desert is a premier event headlining four of the top ranking drum and bugle corps in the nation. The show is hosted in Midland as part of a competitive tour in association with Drum Corps International (DCI). The Summer Music Games tour, begins in June and culminates at the World Championship in August.
This evening of entertainment features over 800 performers from around the country. Comprised of young people between the ages of 14 through 21, these student marching groups highlight some of the finest work currently being done by the youth of America. The performing corps will descend on Midland and Odessa on July 16, 2008 with over 20 buses, 10 semi-trailers and numerous other equipment trucks, campers and trailers. They will be housed at various schools throughout the Permian Basin. While the corps are here they will be conducting open rehearsals, so feel free to contact us for information on where and when the corps will rehearse.
You won't want to miss the 8th Annual Midland Edition of this powerful show. If you liked "Riverdance", "Blast!", or "Drumline" you will want to attend this event! This is truly one of the few high energy musical events that you can bring the entire family to see.

Soaring Sounds
The World's Best Drum Corps are coming to Dayton.
