Thank you for purchasing from CrownTICKETS & Carolina Crown Inc..
Please note the following Terms Of Use.
- All sales are final. No request for cancellations, changes or refunds will be accepted.
- When purchasing by credit card, charges on your credit card statement will appear as Carolina Crown/CrownTICKETS
- If your tickets are to be mailed, you should receive them within a reasonable amount of time, generally 7 to 10 days. If you do not receive your tickets within a reasonable amount of time, please contact Carolina Crown Inc. - no later than by 5pm on the day before for a weekday performance or 5pm on Friday for a Saturday or Sunday performance to insure proper Carolina Crown Inc. attention. CrownTickets is not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets.
- If your tickets are to be "held at will call", they will be at the venue box office at the time of performance. The box office is usually open no later than 60 minutes before the performance start time (individual performance times may vary. It would be helpful if you can arrive early to allow for parking and to avoid the last minute rush.
- You must have the credit card you used for the purchase or a valid photo ID with you for identification. If someone else is picking up the tickets, either that same credit card or a photocopy of it with an authorization note from you must be presented. It would also be helpful to have with you a copy of your order confirmation and the confirmation number.
- In the event that a performance is either cancelled or postponed by the event promoter, Carolina Crown Inc. will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting. The event promoter is responsible for all other communication to event patrons.
- While Carolina Crown Inc. regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, Carolina Crown Inc. cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. Similarly, the conduct of events and performances for tickets purchased is the sole responsibility of the events' promoters and venue operators, Carolina Crown Inc. cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
- All patrons purchasing from Carolina Crown Inc. must do so in the light of the above limitations.
- Refunds on tickets purchased are made for a cancelled or postponed event only. Any refunds issued are the responsibility of the event promoter and not Carolina Crown, Inc. Tickets for Events designated as "NO REFUND" events will not be refundable. In instances when a ticket for an event is refundable, only the cost of the ticket is refunded. All service fees paid are not refundable, as the services for those fees paid have been rendered.
