Refund and Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RAIN CHECKS.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including inclement weather. In case of adverse weather conditions, we will make every effort to proceed with the event, which may include rain delays or standstill performances. These events serve as essential fundraisers for CrownTICKETS, Carolina Crown, Inc., and our event partners. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support.
General Policies
1) All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or rain checks will be provided for any reason. Before purchasing tickets, please review the event details carefully. All ticket prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to a non-refundable handling and processing fee.
2) Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, shows may be delayed, altered, or rescheduled at the discretion of the event organizers. Weather-related decisions will be made at the event venue. Safety is our top priority, and every effort will be made to proceed with the event.
- If an event is shortened or canceled due to weather, no refunds or rain checks will be issued.
- CrownTICKETS and Carolina Crown, Inc. are not responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to weather-related changes
3) Chargebacks and Refund Prohibitions: By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions of our no-refund and no-exchange policy. Attempting to evade these terms through chargebacks, disputes, or other forms of refund requests violates this agreement.
- Chargeback Consequences: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your financial institution for a ticket purchased through CrownTICKETS, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your ticket(s) without notice. Additionally, any future ticket purchases made with the same payment method, account, or under your name may be denied at our sole discretion.
- Prohibited Actions: You agree not to attempt to circumvent the refund prohibitions by contacting your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. This includes any actions intended to reverse or challenge a charge for tickets purchased from our site or on-site Box Offices.
- Ticket Revocation: CrownTICKETS may revoke the license associated with your ticket(s) and restrict your access to our events if a chargeback or dispute is initiated. This revocation applies to pending purchases and may extend to future transactions.
- Legal Recourse: In the event of unauthorized chargebacks or disputes, CrownTICKETS reserves the right to take legal action to recover costs associated with the chargeback, including fees, legal expenses, and damages.
Your purchase signifies your agreement to these terms, and any violation may result in permanent denial of access to CrownTICKETS services.
4) Prohibition on Recording Devices: The use of audio or video recording devices is strictly prohibited during the event.
5) Recording and Publicity Rights: By attending, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed during the event. CrownTICKETS, Carolina Crown, Inc., and their partners may use your image or likeness for promotional or commercial purposes without further authorization or compensation.
6) Schedule Changes: Event start times, dates, and lineups are subject to change without prior notice.
7) Limitation of Liability:
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including personal injury, illness, or death. This includes risks from exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19.
- CrownTICKETS and Carolina Crown, Inc. are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred at the event.
8) License, Ejection, and Cancelation: Tickets grant a revocable license for event entry. Event organizers may refuse entry or eject individuals without refund for non-compliance with rules or disruptive behavior.
9) Search Policy: All attendees and belongings are subject to search upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without a refund.
10) Arbitration Agreement: All disputes between ticket purchasers and CrownTICKETS or Carolina Crown, Inc. will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with South Carolina state arbitration rules.
